LITERACY DEPENDS ON EDUCATION

Less than 40% of the population in the horn of Africa can read and write. The ability to read and write is considered basic by most people; but in the horn of Africa this is privileged to very few people. To build a base for progress in any society, it is important that Education is supported by the systems in place. Once this is done, illiteracy is smoked out and the people are empowered automatically.

Our goal is to ultimately give the people an opportunity to access knowledge through building a support system for Education. This in turn solves the dilemma of illiteracy in the horn of Africa. Seeing that children are the future, we prioritize their reach to learning facilities. Knowledge is power. Information is liberating. Education is the premise of progress, in every society, in every family. As concerned people we understand that we cannot seek achievement for ourselves and forget about progress and prosperity for our community. So we set broad ambitions to include the aspirations and needs of others, for their sakes and for our own. For the success of the society that sits in the Horn of Africa, we seek to increase the literacy levels through the offering the communities with Education.
